Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Featureflip, you agree to these Terms of Service. Featureflip is operated by Canopy Labs LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

The Service

Featureflip provides feature flag management tools including a management dashboard, evaluation APIs, and client SDKs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API rate limits

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within Featureflip, including feature flag configurations, targeting rules, and evaluation contexts. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You can export your personal data at any time from your account settings.

Our Intellectual Property

Featureflip, its logo, and all associated software, documentation, and content are the property of Canopy Labs LLC. Your use of the service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service.

Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your organization settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canopy Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Featureflip. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
